Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and maintain general ledgers
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Support internal audits and regulatory compliance documentation
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/Oracle) for data entry and analysis
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with basic formula knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
