- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and budget forecasts with attention to detail
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls through regular audits and reconciliations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency and accuracy
- Lead special projects including financial system implementations and process documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with full-cycle responsibilities
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
