Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes for multi-entity portfolios
- Lead financial statement preparation and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement cost analysis systems for 50+ clients
- Collaborate with audit teams to resolve technical accounting issues
- Mentor junior accountants using our structured training program
- Optimize financial workflows using NetSuite and QuickBooks
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives quarterly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in GAAP and SOX compliance
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership in cross-functional projects
- Active Kansas CPA license
