Responsibilities
- Oversee the full cycle of accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance and month-end close procedures.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, reports, and budgets in accordance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
- Manage general ledger reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of account balances.
- Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits to ensure compliance with company policies and local laws.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce financial risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- CPA, CMA, or MBA certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax compliance regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
