Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Implement process improvements for accounting operations
- Conduct internal audits and reconcile discrepancies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of accounting experience in tech/startup environments
- Expertise in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with daily payroll systems a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines
