Responsibilities
- Process 500+ invoices monthly ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Manage vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and GL accounts monthly
- Optimize payment workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Support month-end closing and audit preparations
- Implement process improvements for efficiency gains
- Maintain compliance with SOX and internal controls
Qualifications
- 5+ years accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in SAP or Oracle financial modules
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
- Remote work experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
