Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage general ledger operations and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow management
- Assist with internal and external audit processes
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Train junior accounting staff on best practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification or active pursuit required
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience
