Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage complex general ledger reconciliations and account analysis for multi-entity operations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accurate journal entries and adjustments
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure financial data integrity and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives
- Conduct financial audits and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with public or corporate accounting background
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement preparation, audit support, and compliance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data and trends
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
