Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Lead audits and tax compliance initiatives
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Maintain and optimize accounting systems (NetSuite experience preferred)
- Coach junior accounting staff on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA required)
- 5+ years public accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Demonstrated audit and tax compliance expertise
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
