Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for 15-20 client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Implement process improvements using NetSuite and QuickBooks
- Conduct internal audits and regulatory compliance reviews
- Mentor junior accountants and provide financial consulting
- Develop customized financial strategies for client growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and Excel
- Tax preparation and audit experience required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Kansas CPA license or actively pursuing
- Experience with manufacturing or agricultural accounting
