- Manage month-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations with 99.9% accuracy
- Conduct detailed variance analysis and budget forecasting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with audit teams during external examinations
- Implement process improvements for financial workflows
- Maintain fixed asset ledger and depreciation schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate accounting experience
- CPA license or active pursuit strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated experience with SOX compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder reporting
