Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage general ledger operations and month-end closing processes
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop financial models for budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle a plus)
