Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Coordinate tax filings and audit documentation
- Develop financial models and variance analysis reports
- Maintain QuickBooks and ERP system integrity
- Lead month-end closing processes
- Advise management on cost optimization strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + 5+ years experience
- CPA certification or active pursuit
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- SAP or Oracle ERP system experience
- Proven financial reporting and audit support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
