Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Manage complex month-end and year-end closing processes with precision
- Lead SOX compliance initiatives and internal audit coordination
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy and operational improvements
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and general ledger maintenance
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and SEC regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public accounting or finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel with complex modeling
- Demonstrated expertise in SOX compliance and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience managing financial audits and regulatory filings
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
