Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations and bank reconciliations
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights
- Collaborate with auditors during external examinations
- Implement and optimize internal controls for financial systems
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in high-volume environments
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP and tax regulations
