Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and reconciliation
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for diverse business clients
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Implement and optimize internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with audit teams and tax professionals during reviews
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
- Experience in public accounting or similar service environment
