Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15-20 mid-sized clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Conduct comprehensive reconciliations and internal audits
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Implement financial controls and process improvements
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
