Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead account reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Coordinate internal and external audit procedures with third-party auditors
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risk and ensure accuracy
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records using advanced ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Proven experience with month-end close processes and reconciliations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
