Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with actionable insights for leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Lead compliance initiatives for GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (VBA skills a plus)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Strong knowledge of tax compliance and auditing procedures
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
