Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely reconciliation
- Oversee general ledger maintenance and month-end closing procedures
- Conduct financial audits and implement internal controls for compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Develop customized financial reports for executive stakeholders
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- CPA certification or active pursuit preferred
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with financial audits and regulatory compliance
