Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Prepare tax documents and financial statements under supervision
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and analysis
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Learn and apply GAAP principles in daily operations
Qualifications
- Recent accounting graduate or career changer with no experience required
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with basic formula knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
- Eagerness to learn accounting software (QuickBooks training provided)
