- Manage and optimize financial records, ensuring GAAP compliance and audit readiness
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Lead month-end closing processes with meticulous attention to detail
- Develop and implement financial controls to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and strategic planning
- Streamline accounts payable/receivable workflows for optimal cash flow management
- Support tax preparation processes and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Maintain proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel modeling techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience in remote or hybrid settings
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software platforms
