Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Ensure tax compliance and support external audit requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions
- Deep understanding of GAAP and Pennsylvania tax regulations
