Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with tax specialists to ensure regulatory compliance
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives for client portfolios
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel with pivot tables/VBA
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and reconciliation processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and regulatory compliance
