Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and optimize cash flow operations
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance for financial controls
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate sector
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Strong audit experience with SOX compliance knowledge
