Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll operations
- Conduct complex account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Proven experience with multi-entity accounting
