Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and reconciliation
- Prepare accurate financial statements and compliance reports adhering to GAAP
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow optimization
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and financial analysis
- Maintain financial records using advanced ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with external auditors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate settings
