Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Lead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop and maintain internal controls for financial systems
- Provide tax planning and compliance support
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll functions
- Conduct variance analysis and financial forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required)
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and auditing standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
