Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with a high degree of accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including profit and loss reports and balance sheets.
- Perform month-end and year-end close procedures efficiently and on schedule.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax filings and external audit schedules.
- Utilize financial software to track expenses, budgets, and financial trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus).
- 2-5 years of progressive accounting experience (Junior/Mid-level candidates encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
