Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage general ledger operations and month-end closing processes
- Lead audits and ensure regulatory compliance with federal/state requirements
- Develop financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Support tax preparation and documentation for federal/state filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement preparation
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle a plus)
