Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes efficiently.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations for various accounts.
- Assist with external audits and tax filings.
- Develop and maintain internal controls and financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CMA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and federal regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
