Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage general ledger operations and account reconciliations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop and maintain internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Support external audits and ensure SOX compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (NetSuite/SAP)
- Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
