Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence
- Lead tax preparation processes for corporate clients including federal and state filings
- Develop and implement internal controls to enhance financial accuracy and operational efficiency
- Conduct forensic accounting investigations and financial audits for high-profile clients
- Mentor junior accountants while maintaining strict compliance with professional standards
- Leverage ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP) for real-time financial data analysis and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA certification required
- 5+ years progressive experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP, tax regulations, and SOX compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks Online, and ERP systems
- Proven track record in financial statement analysis and forensic accounting
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex financial data

- Experience with multi-state tax compliance and international accounting standards
