Responsibilities
- Manage month-end close processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing for 200+ employees
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Prepare accurate tax filings and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain internal controls and ensure SOX compliance
- Lead system implementations for accounting software upgrades
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in GAAP and tax compliance
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience leading financial audits and SOX compliance
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder presentations
- Remote work experience with self-motivation
