Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and chart of accounts
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Manage payroll processing for 15-20 employees
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Implement QuickBooks enhancements for workflow optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro/Premier
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and tax compliance
- Excellent attention to detail with error-spotting abilities
- Proven experience handling multi-currency transactions
