Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for 15-20 high-growth clients
- Lead month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Conduct comprehensive reconciliations for bank accounts and GL
- Develop and implement customized financial strategies
- Oversee audit preparation and tax compliance documentation
- Mentor junior accountants using our proprietary training system
- Analyze financial trends to optimize client profitability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Proven track record of managing complex financial portfolios
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities with executive stakeholders
- Ohio CPA license in good standing
- Experience with GAAP and IRS compliance
