Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly closing procedures and financial reporting
- Support tax preparation by organizing documentation
- Track and manage expense reports and vendor invoices
- Conduct data entry with zero-tolerance for errors
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial analysis
Qualifications
