Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with detailed variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounting including AP/AR, payroll processing, and month-end close
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations for diverse client portfolios
- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop and implement streamlined accounting processes using QuickBooks Online
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making
- Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize team workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and accounting software
- Demonstrated expertise in month-end close and financial reporting
