Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for 15-20 diverse clients
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Ensure GAAP compliance and implement internal controls
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with audit support
- Develop customized financial reports and KPI dashboards
- Mentor junior accountants and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with tax and advisory teams on client deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online and NetSuite
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- Proven audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Experience with multi-state tax regulations
