Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and tax filings
- Implement and optimize internal controls to enhance operational efficiency
- Provide strategic financial insights to support client decision-making
- Lead cross-functional projects for process improvement and system implementations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or private sector
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience with financial reporting and audit preparation
- Excellent communication skills and client management experience
