Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and month-end closing activities
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts and general ledger accounts
- Assist with internal audits and regulatory compliance reporting
- Develop financial models for budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions)
- Strong knowledge of tax preparation and regulatory compliance
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
