Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounting including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger reconciliation
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with audit support
- Develop and maintain internal controls for financial systems
- Collaborate on budget forecasting and strategic financial planning
- Ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
- Mentor junior accounting staff on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Proven expertise in financial statement analysis and reporting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle a plus)
