Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15-20 corporate clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Implement process improvements using QuickBooks Online
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of tax preparation and auditing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Active Oklahoma CPA license
- Experience with nonprofit accounting a plus
