Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Lead full-cycle accounting for 50+ client portfolios including AR/AP management
- Coordinate year-end audits and tax preparation with external partners
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online and Sage 50 integrations
- Develop financial forecasting models and variance analysis reports
- Mentor junior accountants and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years public/private experience
- CPA license or active pursuit required
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and accounting software
- Agricultural industry experience strongly preferred
- Proven audit coordination and financial reporting expertise
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
