- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop and implement budget forecasting models for strategic planning
- Streamline accounting workflows using advanced Excel and QuickBooks Online
- Provide tax preparation support and compliance documentation
- Mentor junior accountants on best practices and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and financial reporting software
- Proven ability to manage complex reconciliations and audit processes
