Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable and receivable operations
- Prepare bank reconciliations and expense reports
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic functions)
