Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee tax preparation and filing for corporate and individual clients
- Implement and optimize internal controls and accounting systems
- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop KPI dashboards and financial performance reports
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Proven track record in financial reporting and tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Active CPA license or eligible to obtain within 6 months
