- Mentor junior accountants and optimize workflow systems
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel advanced functions
- Proven track record in audit and tax compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
