Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for portfolio companies
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee month-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial systems
- Lead tax preparation and compliance initiatives
- Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize workflows
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience in multi-entity accounting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
