Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closes and reconciliations
- Prepare accurate financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and support business decisions
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll coordination
- Lead internal audit initiatives and process improvement projects
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Proven ability to manage financial reporting deadlines
